Pear Tree Farm offers spelling & agistment services for horses on a beautiful 40 acre property in Waimate, South Canterbury. The farm, owned and managed by Anna Miles & Michael Simpson, got its name from a grove of old pear trees that stand in the middle of one of their paddocks. The Logo Device
virtually designed itself as a visual play on a pear tree standing on a horizon and has quickly led Pear Tree Farm, along with their impeccable service standards, to become a highly recognisable and respected brand in the industry.
This Logo Device also bears the honour of my first logo to be burnt into the flesh of a living creature!
In 2016, Pear Tree Farm underwent a reskin of their website. I developed a fresh look with responsive capabilities and fully optimised, reorganised and developed their content, creating a blog and horse galleries with extensive pedigree information.
