HRNZ Magazine – Spring 2023
Design & layout of the Spring 2023 issue of Human Resources Magazine
It has been a pleasure working with the team at HRNZ to redesign and produce their quarterly online publication.
The Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRNZ) is the professional body for human resources (HR) professionals. HRNZ is a not-for-profit membership organisation providing services and support for people who work in HR in New Zealand.
A key part of the redesign brief was to reflect a major piece of work undertaken by the institute in creating The Path, a capability framework developed for HR Professionals.
This framework has been incorporated into the architecture of the magazine, to clearly indicate which elements of The Path are covered in each article, highlighting the Capability Levels and Domains of Knowledge represented.
Each quarterly issue has an accompanying unique cover design, drawn from the HRNZ Brandmark.
