Campaign development for Ballantynes Fashion Week 2019.
Ballantynes’ Fashion Week 2019 was a programme of fashion related events culminating in a catwalk show with high profile guests, including Karen Walker, Kathryn Wilson and Paula Ryan.
The theme for the 2019 event was old Hollywood glamour. I pulled vintage luxury elements like lace and pearls together with the pastel colour palette and florals to create a contemporary yet feminine visual story to run through the campaign.
This campaign rolled out through social media and email newsletters, billboards and posters, instore merchandising, print and through the events.
Established in 1854, Ballantynes is New Zealand’s first department store. and holds significant weight within the heritage of Christchurch. I was delighted to join the Ballantynes creative team for several months in 2019 and deliver a number of campaigns for them.
